An excellent opportunity has arisen within a family owned franchised dealership for an Aftersales Advisor at their car dealership in Hull, East Yorkshire.

The ideal candidate will be a Parts/Service Advisor within the motor trade, with high standards of customer service and the ideal candidate will enjoying being in a customer-facing role.  Great communication skills and experience both face-to-face and over the telephone are essential.

Role and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for booking service customers in, pre-picking parts for the workshop job cards, picking parts for customer orders and checking availability of stock from various enquiries Sales and Customer Service: Through in-bound and out-bound telephone enquiries, walk in customers, and internet enquiries you will be developing customer relationships through providing good product knowledge and creating an effective first impression Stock Control: Ensuring consumables and service parts are regularly replenished providing a swift service to our workshop and other departments as well as our trade/retail customers Handles warranty claims processing (relating to parts issues) and completes all relevant administration promptly and accurately (including customer records and invoicing)

You will need to be extremely organised and computer literate, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. If you have some technical knowledge it would be an distinct advantage.

The role attracts a £26,750 Salary plus overtime

The hours for the role are 8am to 5.30pmm Monday to Friday, and every other Saturday 8.30am to 1pm
