Recruitment Business Partner - 2025 Programme in National - Hybrid Working

To support our growth ambitions, 2025 will see Square Peg re-launch our 'Recruitment Partnership Programme'. 

So, what is that and how does it work? 

Our Partnership Programme will see Square Peg work with a very limited number of carefully selected partners who will bring their automotive experience and energy to work within our very established specialist recruitment business. 

Square Peg work exclusively within the Automotive Recruitment sector and through a constant pursuit to deliver our goal of 'Service Without Exception and Value Without Compromise' we have built a business and a reputation that has been trusted by our client and candidate partners for nearly 20 years. 

The Opportunity: 

Our 2025 Programme will see our partners have full access into England, Wales, Scotland, NI and beyond. Our partners are now able to maximise the efficacy of their effort, ensuring they receive full benefit from every candidate they engage with, regardless of where they are based. 

Square Peg launched a test partnership in 2024 which invoiced £41,088.00 in just five trading months with an annualised projected turnover of £98,611.20. 

Our previous partnership programme, saw a best 1st year turnover from a standing start, limited client relationships and no previous recruitment experience of £99,672.00, achieved with access to just three counties. 

It also saw a best turnover by calendar month (i.e. best January, best February, best March etc) of £108,867.60, again with access to just three counties. 

The exciting part is that 2025 will see geographical restrictions lifted, so the sky really is the limit… 

The Person: 

To be successful you will have to be driven, motivated and share in our customer first mindset, not just this, but you must be able to demonstrate your desire to be the very best in the automotive recruitment sector.
