Our client, a very well respected family owned dealer group is looking to recruit a WORKSHOP CONTROLLER for their FRANCHISED dealership in SCUNTHORPE, LINCOLNSHIRE.

The role of the workshop controller is:

  • Load the workshop in the most efficient way
  • Keeping the productivity of the workshop to a high level at all times
  • Assisting Technicians with an technical difficulties offering help and support
  • Liaising with the Service Advisors
  • Reporting to the Aftersales Manager
  • Planning and managing the time and resource of the workshop
  • Delivering franchise standards
The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within the motor trade running a busy workshop, ideally be NVQ level 3 qualified and have franchise experience. 

Salary

Basic Salary £32,000 plus a bonus with an OTE of £40,000
