An excellent opportunity has arisen for a family owned volume group for an experienced SENIOR SERVICE ADVISOR at their car dealership in their Scunthorpe dealership.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Service Advisor within the motor trade, with a confident and outgoing personality.  High standards of customer service are a must and the ideal candidate will enjoying being in a customer-facing role.  Great communication skills and experience both face-to-face and over the telephone are essential.

Much of the role will involve meeting and greeting customers and identifying their service requirements.  The ability to spot opportunities for up-sell is essential as is attention to detail to ensure there is a concise stream of communication through to the workshop.

You will need to be extremely organised and computer literate, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.  If you have some technical knowledge it would be an distinct advantage.

A fantastic basic salary of £28,000 is available depending on experience with a great and very realistic OTE of £35,000. Hours are M-F 8am to 6.00pm and every other Saturday Mornings 8.30am to 12.30pm.
