Panel Beater / Painter / Met Technician in York, Uk

We are recruiting for a highly successful Independent main dealer who is looking for either a Motor Vehicle Panel Beater / Painter, or MET tech to be based at their busy Dealership in the East York area.

The ideal candidate will be either an experienced Panel Repair Technician / Painter / MET with a stable history and must hold a City Guilds qualification or equivalent, alternatively be time served and ideally be ATA accredited.

Working in a team, you will be efficient and work to a very high standard of finish. The role is to carry out all panel and paint work to all makes of vehicles.

You will meet and exceed customer service standards (e.g. Customer Service improvement targets, response times, customer satisfaction measures, flexible approach to changes in customers demands).

Ideally our client is looking for candidates with a good all-round ability in the BODYSHOP. You will be an experienced Paint Sprayer, Panel Beater or MET Technician with a stable career history and have a good level of knowledge and experience in the other areas mentioned. 

To qualify for this position you must have worked in the motor trade previously.

For this role you will receive a great basic with an OTE  expected to be Circa £50,000 per annum.
