Fleet Sales Administrator in Basingstoke

My client and well respected dealership group is looking for a FLEET SALES ADMINISTRATOR for their busy site in the BASINGSTOKE area.

£30,000 OTE plus benefits, Monday to Friday only. Comprising of a basic of £28,000 plus bonus

You will be required take orders from our clients fleet partners and administer all connected paperwork. You will order the vehicles direct from the manufacturer, advise the client of delivery times and dates on orders. You will track cars and keep customers and staff informed of any change to delivery status. On arrival at site, you will progress chase cars through workshops for PDI, the fitting of accessories and valeting. You will also be responsible for the taxation, invoicing and coordination of onward delivery. You will have a sound knowledge of a dealership environment which may have been gained in an administrative function or on Fleet sales. You will need to be a very organised individual with good communication skills along with a very personable but firm approach to dealing with situations and other departments.
