We are recruiting for an experienced Business Manager for a very busy Premium Franchised dealer in the Leeds area.
We are looking for a Customer focused individual who prides themselves on the seamless service they deliver, along with having the following core skills :-
• Strong F&I skills
• Coaching / developing
• Previous business management experience (minimum 2 years)
• Career aspirations (have an appetite and ambition to progress)
• Stability
• A track record of being a high performer and being involved in managing a high performance team.
You will ensure that the dealership performs at the highest possible level in New & Used vehicle sales by maximising profitability and assisting closing deals by selling Finance and Insurance products, whilst ensuring full compliance to all relevant legislation.
In return this position will be remunerated with a basic of £35,000 and a realistic OTE Circa £55,000, which is uncapped.
This role is a 5 day working week with a day in the week and Every other Weekend off.
