Assistant Sales Manager in Southampton

My client is looking to recruit an ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER for one of its volume operations in the SOUTHAMPTON area.

£50,000 PLUS OTE, PLUS HIGH BASIC, CAR AND GREAT BENEFITS AND ONE WEEKEND OFF IN TWO

Commensurate of the position, we are requesting applications from experienced, proactive and ambitious candidates only. This is a hands on role where you will be required to manage the sales process showing energy, drive and ambition. You will be a leader, who by their nature inspires and motivates those around them to better results. You will ideally have a background in the volume sector along with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the importance of high standards in terms of site presentation and customer satisfaction. You must be able to demonstrate a solid background of relevant experience in a volume franchised dealership to be successful. As you will be working for a highly successful regional group, the opportunity offers up to £50,000 OTE plus company car. You must possess a full clean UK driving licence.
