Aftersales Advisor in Hampshire

My client, a well respected retailer is looking to recruit a AFTERSALES ADVISOR to work in its volume business in SOUTHAMPTON. The role s to primarily cover the parts department but also to cover the service department in times of need

£35,000 OTE AND NEGOTIABLE

In this role once trained you will be the first point of contact both face to face and over the telephone and will be expected to provide excellent customer service. Candidates should be of smart appearance and have good customers sales skills to deal with incoming telephone enquiries and all usual customer advisor skills are essential. Multi-Franchise and Kerridge experience would be advantageous but not essential. The salary is negotiable and will reflect your experience and skill level.
