My client, a highly respected and well-established dealership, is looking to appoint an experienced Aftersales Manager to join its thriving operation in the Eastbourne region. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a senior leadership position within a forward-thinking dealer group that has an exceptional reputation for both customer care and staff development.
As Aftersales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the overall performance of the service department. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of aftersales, including workshop productivity, service reception, customer satisfaction, and departmental profitability. You will be expected to motivate, lead, and develop a team of skilled technicians and service advisors, ensuring the delivery of first-class customer experiences while also meeting and exceeding performance targets.
The successful candidate will bring with them a proven background in service management within a franchised dealership. Strong leadership skills, a structured and organised approach, and the ability to manage people effectively are essential. You will also need to demonstrate an innovative mindset, with the ability to introduce new marketing initiatives, streamline processes, and continuously improve standards across the business.
