My client is looking to recruit a GENERAL MANAGER for one of its volume operations in the EXETER area.

£90,000 OTE DOE PLUS GREAT BENEFITS AND LARGE BASIC SALARY

Commensurate of the position, we are requesting applications from proactive and ambitious candidates with current relevant experience only.  You will be required to manage the process showing energy, drive and ambition and you will have an experienced GSM and Sales Manager too.  You will be a leader, who by their nature inspires and motivates those around them to better results. You will ideally have a background in the volume sector along with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the importance of high standards in terms of site presentation and customer satisfaction.  You must be able to demonstrate a solid background of relevant experience in a franchised dealership to be successful.  As you will be working for a highly successful regional group, the opportunity offers up to £90,000 OTE plus company car.
