Warranty Administrator in West Bromwich
Our client a well respected business is looking to recruit a WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR who can demonstrate a stable history working within a franchised dealership in West Bromwich, West Midlands.
You will have Warranty Administrator experience in the franchise dealer network and possess excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to problem solving.
You will be computer literate and ideally have Autoline/Kerridge experience.
Naturally you must be able to work as part of a team and have the capacity to manage existing professional relationships with the manufacturer. Additionally, you will possess a good telephone manor and strive to achieve customer satisfaction at all time..
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
The package includes pension, health care and a salary of £24,000 - DOE
