Service Advisor in North Yorkshire
I am looking for a Customer Service Advisor, or you may like to say a Customer Experience Executive, for a fantastic customer focused family-owned dealer in the York area.
The customer focused individual I am looking for will have a passion for all things automotive and have a great understanding of modern vehicle technology / communications and general multimedia functionality.
The role will be to look after customers covering two distinct brands making sure that they get the one-to-one individual service they deserve.
You will need to be able to use you own skills, experience, and judgments to make your own decisions on how to look after your clientele in order to ensure that the customer service experience they receive is class leading, which in turn will be monitored and rewarded via the CSI scores.
You will be taking calls, making bookings, arranging service and repairs, and ensuring that your customers have a seamless visit to the dealership.
