My client is a family owned car business who have an immediate requirement for a BOOK KEEPER to join their dealership in South Reading.

The role is permanent and you will be assisting in all aspects of book keeping, but the overall accounts process is managed by a third party.

The hours are negotiable and flexible, ideally they need someone in every day for a minimum of 4 hours but more hours are available to the right person if required. The location is not close to a bus or train station so driving is essential too. The role is part or full time, whatever suits the right candidate with very competitive rates of pay. Also the successful candidate will need to integrate into the team seamlessly to further enhance their already harmonious environment.

The successful candidate will have previous accounts experience and you will have experience working with XERO, which is crucial, and be competent with the use of Excel, have excellent IT and numeracy skills, an eye for detail and analysis. The role includes processing the banking and allocation of receipts, sales and vehicle ledger, credit control, purchase ledger reconciliation etc.

You will also assist in other additional ad-hoc duties depending on whether you opt for full or part time. If you have the skills for this motor trade job, send your CV for an early interview.
