Assistant Warranty Administrator/Service Advisor in Lincolnshire
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Warranty Administrator/Service Advisor to work for a well respected and forward thinking family run Prestige dealer in the LINCOLN area.
This role would suit an experienced Service Advisor who is looking for something a little different, but also has strong knowledge of costing and warranty process.
The main role will be as an Assistant Warranty Administrator, with a heavy focus on costings. You will be trained in all aspects of the Warranty Administrator role and also provide cover for the Service Advisors on the rare occasion it is needed.
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate excellent standard of customer care, communicate professionally with customers face-to-face, have strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences and also have proficient use of computers systems and be a quick learner.
The working hours are 08:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday, with 1 Saturday in 3 on a rota basis solely as a Service Advisor; working 08:00 - 16:30.
